So, the first one was a bit winded I will admit, I'll try to keep the next ones short and sweet (no promises though!).
I've been doing well, I started using a site called Lose It! to track my calories. I love using MyFitnessPal, but for some reason the app no longer works with my phone. So, if anyone is on there please look me up!
I will be doing workout 2 today for NROL for Women. I did my first one Wed, workout B (should have started A on Monday, but was unable to get my butt out of bed) and let me tell you, my glutes, hamstrings, quads, and abs were sore for two days. My kids laughed at me every time I went to sit down, they told me I was sitting like a grandma, very slow and stiff. Still a bit tender, but cannot wait to get to it!
